I have been on a milk cure for 16 days now. I have read your book, Dr. Porters book, and Dr. Mcfadden’s book on the subject. I’m following the practices, but just not able to take in a good amount of milk without getting DIARRHEA. I weight 150 pounds and should be taking around 6 quarts a day, but have to go down to 3.5 in order to not have diarrhea. I’m not sure if the cure will work because I’m not getting that sufficient amount of milk to rebuild the blood and do the healing. I’m dealing with chronic back and join pains as well as fatigue which i believe are associated with Gulf War Illness. I farm a natural farm and sell herd shares as well as grass fed beef and pastured chickens, so overall our family is very healthy.
Thanks for any wisdom.

Jack, this is a not uncommon issue, many people can tolerate only a limited amount of even the best milk. I suggest you cut your intake to what you can drink without provoking loose stools and diarrhea, and include other foods like grassfed meats and fresh vegetables and salads. I believe you will find this very effective.
